FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Tornadoes are serious business. They're one of the most destructive acts of nature. So why is it when there's a warning, some people run outside to get a look at the storm instead of running to a safe spot in their home? Part of the reason could be more warnings.
