TAMPA, Florida (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A judge stays an order requiring Casey Anthony to return to Florida to serve probation for check fraud hours before she is set to appear.
Anthony's lawyers argued she would be in danger if she was to come out of hiding.
Anthony was released from jail July 17th...after being acquitted of murdering her two-year old daughter Caylee.
There is no official word on where Casey Anthony is now... but TMZ.com is posting photos showing Anthony allegedly walking around in Columbus, Ohio.
Meanwhile, Indiana State Senator Dennis Kruse of Auburn is urging fellow lawmakers to consider enacting a Caylee's Law for the two-year old daughter of Casey Anthony.
Caylee's Law would make it a felony for a parent or caregiver not to report a child under the age of twelve missing after 48 hours.
The chair of the Indiana Senate Committee on Corrections, Criminal, and Civil Matters says he'll consider the measure during the next general assembly.
