FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The heat is still on throughout the Midwest.

A heat advisory is in effect in Indiana through Thursday because of the high heat and humidity.

Stay cool when you can, and drink plenty of water if you're going to be outside for a while.

Heat warnings and advisories were declared for 18 other states in the upper midwest Sunday because of sweltering temperatures.

The heat is expected to bear down on the East Coast by the end of this week.

Extreme weather is blamed for literally bringing down the house at a Cheap Trick concert in Canada.

A storm with strong winds blew down the stage while the classic rock band was performing before thousands of fans at Ottawa's "Blues Fest" Sunday night.

Members of Cheap Trick weren't hurt, but there are reports a few people were treated for serious injuries.
