Accused Ft. Hood Shooter To Be Arraigned

FORT HOOD, Texas (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The man accused in the deadly shooting rampage at Fort Hood goes to court today.

This is the lead-up to the trial against former Army Major Nidal Hasan.

Hasan is expected to be arraigned in a military court today as he faces 45 counts of pre-meditated murder and attempted pre-mediated murder.

The 40-year old psychiatrist is accused of shooting and killing 13 people and injuring 32 others at the Fort Hood military base in Texas in 2009.

Hasan was shot by police and paralyzed from the waist down.

Officials plan to seek the death penalty.
