FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Staying fit in the winter time can be hard. And when most people have a job that confines them to a desk, it's even harder. The American Heart Association recommends the average person walk at least five miles a day. And this week, Jason Meyers talks to April Parks, a Family Nurse Practitioner, about how you can do that, even when the weather's cold.
