Ya Boy's Shooting Puts One In The Hospital

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne man remains in critical condition Wednesday afternoon, after being shot late Tuesday night.

Police tell us someone shot 30-year-old Henry Smith,III while he was sitting in a van in the parking lot of the Ya Boys take out restaurant at Anthony and McKinnie around 11:15 pm.

Witnesses told police the victim had been talking to a group of men when he was shot. The men then fled from the scene on foot.

The victim's name has not yet been released. No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
