LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Indiana woman who lost portions of both legs saving her two children from a tornado was released from a Louisville, Kentucky hospital.

Stephanie Decker of Henryville spent two weeks receiving treatment.

The deadly tornado hit March 2, part of a storm system responsible for the deaths of 13 Hoosiers.

Stephanie's 8 year old son ran for help after the twister destroyed their home as she and her 5 year old daughter waited.

Decker plans to use prostheses.
