INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The woman responsible for hitting an ambulance in Indianapolis that resulted in the death of two young EMTs will not face any charges.

Jade Hammer, 21, ran a red light and slammed into the ambulance Saturday Feb. 16th at around 3:30 a.m. The investigation determined that she had been drinking but that her BAC was below the legal limit.

The driver of the ambulance, 24-year-old Timothy McCormick, an Eagle Scout from New York, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say 22-year-old Cody Medley died from his injuries early Sunday morning at an Indianapolis hospital.
