CRANE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (www.incnow.tv) -- Police are investigating a fatal crash involving two vehicles on US Route 127 in Paulding County.

Police say Julie Miler, 28, was driving a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue northbound on US 127 when she attempted to pass a 1990 Cadillac Deville being driven by Joshua Finfrock, 28. When Miler attempted to come back into the northbound lane in front of Finfrock, she struck his vehicle causing both vehicles to travel off the right side of the road.

Miler's car struck a utility pole, overturned and came to rest in a field. Finfrock's car went through a field and then struck a tree.

Police say Miler was ejected from her vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by the Paulding County Coroner. Finfrock and his passenger, Joseph Vance, 27, were not injured.
