FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - There is an ongoing lawsuit filed on behalf of some Indiana Democrats over fines imposed during their walkout.

State Representative Win Moses is not among that group, today he made his final payment to the state.

Moses said it was the collective bargaining issues that led him to join Democrats in the walkout, but today he mailed the final payment of $7,970 in fines.

He called it an expensive fine, but said it was worth it for the minority voice to be heard.
