"Well-Dressed" Bank Robber Representing Himself in Court

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -Starting Wednesday a robbery suspect will be representing himself in his own robbery trial.

23-year-old Cameron Nelson was arrested while trying to buy a gun at the "H&H Firearms” store on Directors Row last June.

An off-duty officer recognized him as a person of interest in the hold-up of the "Fifth-Third" bank branch on East Berry Street the week before.

A dye pack in the stolen cash exploded and police found red-stained money across the city that day.
