FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - For some, it's a New Year's tradition. For others, it's a thrill. And for most of us, it's crazy. I'm talking about the Polar Bear Plunge. Exposing our bodies to weather extremes like this can be fun, but it can also pose a big threat to your body. That's what Jason Meyers and Parkview's Dr. Bridgwater discussed in this week's Weather and Health.
