FORT WAYNE, Ind. (NBC33) - Video of Wednesday's TinCaps game featuring a surprise geyser has officially gone viral.

After what seemed to be a routine foul ball down the first base line at Parkview Field, first baseman Fernando Perez attempted to make a catch at the fence. What happened next is pure gold.

Perez kicked the PVC outlet of the bullpen hose, spraying water over 20 feet in the air - much to the delight of all the children in attendance.

From there, the video has developed a life of its own.

To hear from team president Mike Nutter as well as Fernando Perez, click the video link.
