FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The verdict is in, guilty for a man accused of killing two teens in 1999.
The fate of Roderick Lewis, two counts of murder and two counts of robbery, was turned over to an Allen County jury about two hours before the guilty verdict was decided.
In 1999, 14 year old Sidney Wilson and 16 year old Richard Rogers were shot to death in a Smith Street drug house.
Lewis admits he went there with two accomplices to rob the place, but he told police the other two men fired the fatal shots.
However, in the state of Indiana punishment for an accomplice can be the same as for the killer.
Lewis told Indiana's NewsCenter, that justice was not served today.
Sentencing is scheduled for January 6th Lewis could be sentenced to more than 100 years.
We will hear more from him tonight on Indiana’s NewsCenter.
