BLUFFTON, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A Wells County man convicted in October of shooting his pregnant wife received a 70-year sentence, Friday morning.

Tyler White was sentenced to 60-years for murder and 10-years for enhancement for a combined 70-year sentence.

White's sentencing was delayed by this week's fire in downtown Bluffton.

He was convicted of murdering Amy White in October of 2009 in front of the couple's young son.

White's lawyer has already filed an appeal.
