33-year-old Matthew Philbee is charged with deviate sexual conduct and four counts of child molesting.

According to our partner in news, the Journal Gazette, prosecutors say Philbee had sex with the girl, touched her inappropriately, and made her touch him.

Court records allege someone saw Philbee abusing the girl.

And 35-year-old Richard Webster of Auburn is being held on almost $46,000 bail. Charged with three Class-A felonies related to child molesting.

Court documents say he gave the girl marijuana and beer, starting when she was 13 and would touch her inappropriately when he drank.

The investigation reportedly began after the girl told someone what had happened.
