GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – Two people were killed and one is injured in a three-car accident in Grant County Friday night.

Around 5:30 Friday evening, Corey Rumple was driving westbound on State Road 22 when he clipped another car heading west.

Rumple then crossed the center lines hitting 84-year-old Walter Young's car head on.

Young and his wife, Nancy, were both killed on impact.

Rumple was taken to a local hospital for complaints of head, neck, and abdominal pain.

The crash remains under investigation, but police say they believe alcohol is not a factor.
