INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) - Indiana State Senator Dennis Kruse wants a law on the books that allows students to fact check their teacher.

Kruse, who chairs the Senate Education Committee, is backing a proposal called "Truth in Dducation."

The proposal would encourage students to question teachers and force them to prove the issues that they are teaching.

You may recall, Kruse backed a bill to have Creationism in public schools, but the constitutionality of that measure was in question.
