HAMMOND, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A mother and unrelated man in northwestern Indiana are being charged with the alleged sale of a child for use in child pornography.
The Times of Munster is reporting that Natisha Hillard, 24, is being federally charged with the sale of her 1 1/2- year-old daughter for use in child pornography. Christopher Bour, 39, is being charged for the purchase of a child with the intent of using that child in pornography, producing child pornography and possessing child pornography featuring a minor younger than 12, according to court documents.
The full story in The Times of Munster cites that the FBI was made aware of the situation by an unnamed woman who had received text messages from Bour. The report states that she was concerned for the child and that the complaint was filed with the FBI last month. The FBI then continued the investigation leading to the indictment Wednesday.
