FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – After being told they were losing their charter, the Timothy L. Johnson Academy is now joining the fight to appeal that decision.
Board members voted unanimously Tuesday to appeal Ball State’s decision to drop their charter along with tow other Fort Wayne schools, Imagine on Broadway, and Imagine Master Academy.
The three schools are apart of group of seven charter schools across the state scheduled to lose their charter because of poor test scores.
