Tornado Watch Until 7PM & 9PM

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - All of Northeast Indiana is under a Tornado Watch until 7PM. All of Northwest Ohio is under a Tornado Watch until 9 PM. Strong thunderstorms are likely, and some could produce tornadoes. Another round of showers and thunderstorms for the afternoon. A front to our south will be the focus for these storms. Limited sunshine will be possible through early afternoon but clouds will increase and the showers and storms will begin to fire especially later this afternoon. There is a slight risk of severe thunderstorms through this evening as well as tornadoes.


A major weather change will begin over the weekend. A large high pressure system will move in and bring dry and very warm weather starting on Sunday.
