INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A record breaking jump got fans pumped up for the Indy 500 race on Sunday.

Stunt driver Tanner Foust set a new world record by jumping 332 feet in a modified truck at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

To gain enough speed he rolled down a 90 foot long bright orange ramp that is a large scale replica of the Hot Wheels' V-Drop.

The previous record of 301 feet was set by Johnny Greaves.
