FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Reverend Michael Lathem is encouraging religious leaders and community members to come together Friday evening at the Public Safety Academy for a prayer vigil.

The goal is to bring awareness to the violence on the city's south side and put a call to action in hopes of eliminating crime in the future.
