INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – The preliminary report outlining what caused the stage at the Indiana State Fair to collapse is expected to be released sometime Thursday.

In August, eight people died when the main stage collapsed onto fans who were waiting for the band Sugarland to perform at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

The State Fair Commission is meeting Thursday morning and then the State Fair Board during afternoon.
