State Could Lose $4 Million For Defunding Planned Parenthood

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A bill at the Statehouse that would de-fund Planned Parenthood could end up costing Indiana $4 million in federal funding.

Federal law prohibits states from choosing which providers can offer family planning service to Medicaid patients.

The bill to de-fund Planned Parenthood was passed in the Senate earlier this week.
