FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A Fort Wayne man was charged with attempted murder Wednesday morning.
Daniel Spells, 33, was in court for his initial hearing and was charged with attempted murder.
Spells is accused of shooting at a police officer after being asked for his identification. The shooting happened in May in the 31-hundred block of Harrison Street.
Spells is being held in jail without bond.
