FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - You can expect some backups along I-69 in northern Allen County and into DeKalb County.

State police officials say the highway is down to one northbound lane starting at the Dupont Road exit so police can work to clear about a half dozen crashed semis around the 123 mile marker.

The wrecks happened early in the morning after about 5 inches of snow covered northeast Indiana yesterday. Officials said there were nearly 70 crashes in Fort Wayne between early Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon.
