FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – This isn’t going to be your average grocery store.

Indiana’s NewsCenter got a sneak peak inside Kroger's new Marketplace store on Dupont Road.

Construction is still on-going on the almost 127,000 square-foot store set to open in October.

When finished, it will be the largest Kroger in Indiana with an investment of more than $11 million.

The "Marketplace" concept includes groceries, home supplies, furniture, a large infant and children's department, a bank, and even a jewelry store.

Employees from the Scott's that’ll close across the street will be joined by 130 new-hires for a total of 325 employees.
