UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The three candidates running for Senator Evan Bayh's Senate seat are gathering Monday evening for another debate.

Republican Dan Coats, Democrat Brad Ellsworth, and Libertarian Rebecca Sink Burris will meet at Vincennes University for their third debate.

The latest Rasmussen Poll has Coats maintaining his double-digit lead over Brad Ellsworth.

The poll has Coats leading Ellsworth 52- 34 percent.

And retiring Senator Evan Bayh is not holding out much hope for his Democratic Party and says he fears of a Republican tidal wave.

Sen. Evan Bayh says, “It's shaping up as republican wave the question is how many Democrats can find way to high ground.”

Many Senate races are tightening across the nation. Senate candidates in Alaska, Nevada, Colorado, Wisconsin, Illinois and Pennsylvania all appear to be in dead heats.
