Secret Service: Letter To Obama Tested Positive For Ricin (VIDEO)

WASHINGTON (www.incnow.tv) -- ABC News is reporting that a letter addressed to the President was intercepted at a screening facility and the Secret Service says it contained a "suspicious substance".

Tuesday a letter containing a potentially fatal poison, ricin, was intercepted at an off-site capitol mail facility. It was addressed to republican Senator Roger Wicker of Mississippi.
