MERCER COUNTY, Ohio (www.incnow.tv) -- A second suspect in a Mercer County, Ohio double murder confronts more than two dozen indictments in court.

On his way to court this afternoon, Bryant Rhoades told us he's innocent of the Nov. 2011 home invasion and killings of Robert Grube and his daughter Colleen outside Fort Recovery, Ohio.

Rhoades made his first court appearance Tuesday since a grand jury indicted him last week on a series of felony counts, including aggravated murder and kidnapping.

Trevin Sanders Roark faces 27 criminal indictments in the case.

Rhoades was originally charged with obstruction of justice, but that changed based on statements made by Sanders Roark to police. He claims he shot Colleen Grube to death and that Rhoades killed her father with a gun stolen from their home.

Sanders Roark said another man and woman, who he doesn't know, also took part in the crime.
