FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Heavy recent rain is causing rivers to rise. Some minor to moderate flooding is likely in many areas. Also, along the Saint Marys near Decatur moderate flooding will likely occur. Indiana 101 north of Pleasant Mills may be impacted by high water as well as agricultural land. As far as the Maumee in Fort Wayne, the highest stage is expceted late Friday at 22.0 ft and moderate flooding is possible including the River Haven area. The St. Marys river may cause some street flooding in the Fort Wayne area as well.
In Huntington the Little River will be near 18 feet and moderate flooding is possible but the river should begin falling today.
