WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Huntington County Prosecutor Amy Richison has the job of deciding whether Whitley County Sheriff Mark Hodges should face criminal charges.

911 dispatchers were contacted Tuesday, July 19th about an alleged battery incident involving Hodges and his estranged wife Laurell.

The trouble erupted at the home of Hodges mother in South Whitley.

Both Hodges and his wife have made complaints against the other.
