FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A man already convicted on sexual misconduct charges has been charged for another offense.
Daniel L. Taylor, 29, of Fort Wayne, was charged Thursday with being a repeat sex offender and four counts of felony child molesting.
Taylor was convicted in January 2006 for sexual misconduct with a 15-year-old girl which he had been arrested for in October of 2004. Now, Taylor has been charged after a girl told detectives that Taylor touched her inappropriately and forced her to have sex.
For the 2006 conviction, Taylor was sentenced to probation and required to register as a sex offender but several months latter was accused of violating his probation by having contact with a child younger that 16.
Taylor has repeatedly failed to register as a sex offender with the most recent felony charge in February. Taylor was being held on $85,000 bail.
