FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- No doubt you're ready for winter to be about over.
So how do you look forward to spring?
You might head to the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show.
People are streaming in the door at the Memorial Coliseum for the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show, looking for a little inspiration this spring.
"There's lots of experts here. Indoor, outdoor, anything on your home, your garden, your yard. There's tons of people here, and that's the nice thing about coming to the Home and Garden Show. You can shop and comparison shop. You can talk to all these other people that do the same thing and figure out who works best for you,” says Home and Garden Show producer Karen Tejera.
About 700 exhibitors are displaying their products and services to an eager audience.
Last year, nearly 40,000 people visited the Home and Garden Show, seeking either a spark of inspiration for their own lives or something specific.
"Just come out to see what's here and it's like a one-stop shop for everything. You can see pest and windows and doors, everything. Just come every year just so see what's here,” says Woodburn resident Bob Basting.
"I'm actually looking for heating-air conditioning mini split system quotes. Because that's what I have and it went out on me last summer,” says Fort Wayne resident Sheryl Staton-Newton.
Just about anything related to the inside or outside of your home can be found here, from roofing, flooring and gardening to cooking and even growing food indoors.
If you can dream it, you can probably find it here.
The Home and Garden Show runs through Sunday. Cost is $10 to get in, cheaper for seniors and for children. And you can also get a discount online at the website at www.home-gardenshow.com.
