FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter)— Area teachers and concerned parents are headed to the Indiana State House for a rally in support of public schools and public school teachers.

The group is concerned about legislative efforts moving through the General Assembly aimed at public educators and the schools in which they work. Their goal is to remind legislators and public officials that public schools provide quality education for the more then one million children enrolled across the Hoosier State.

The rally begins at 5 p.m. at the Indiana Statehouse
