FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The rain and sunlight Thursday, made for the perfect setting for a brilliant rainbow and at one point a double rainbow. Area residents picked up their cameras and camera phones and documented the beauty.
Rainbows are formed with sunlight is refracted into separate colors by water droplets. The outside light passes through the drops of water, which act as prisms, in the air and is reflected back into the sky as color.
