BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (21Alive) - Junior quarterback Tre Roberson will transfer from the Indiana University, the school announced Thursday.

Roberson shared time under center with Nate Sudfeld last year, starting 4 of the Hoosiers' 12 games. Roberson threw for 1,128 yards, 15 touchdowns, 4 touchdowns and rushed for 423 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Roberson, a former Indiana Mr. Football from Indianapolis Lawrence Central, started as a true freshman in 2011 before a broken leg ended his season.

It is unknown to which school Roberson will transfer.
