WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Three Purdue University Students may face severe consequences.
According to an article from The Exponent Online, Purdue University's newspaper, the three students may be facing a total of 58 charges.
The three students accused of hacking into their professor's computer to change their grades are facing criminal charges.
Authorities say the men placed a device on the professor's keyboards to learn their passwords. Once they hacked into the system, the students changed their grades of D's, F's, and Incomplete's to "A" grades.
One of the students, who graduated with an electrical engineering degree could have his degree revoked as well.
