COLUMBUS, Ohio (www.incnow.tv) - In Ohio, abortion rights supporters are upset over the way abortion restrictions are about to become law.
A small group of mostly women gathered in front of the Ohio state house in Columbus to protest.
Lawmakers put a provision into the state budget that would limit the ability of doctors to perform some abortion procedures.
By the provision being part of the budget bill, members of the legislature can only vote "yes" or "no" on the entire budget. They can not single out one piece of the bill.
The budget bill would require abortion providers tell pregnant women if there is a fetal heartbeat present before beginning the procedure.
