170 Animals Dead: Prosecutors Seeking Felony Charges For Farm Owners

SUMMITVILLE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Authorities found 170 dead animals on their farm and now prosecutors are seeking felony charges against the couple.

Daniel and Carrie Ault are expected to be charged with neglect of a dependent and disposal of a dead animal, both felonies. They are also expected to be charged with abandonment or neglect of a vertebrate animal, a misdemeanor.
