INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) -- A proposal to put electronic data recorders in all cars is now making its way through Congress.

The bill would require all vehicles sold by Sept. 1, 2014 to have a black box installed. The recording device itself, along with who would have access or could require access to its contents present privacy concerns.
