Annandale, VA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - President Obama has sent his proposed budget for 2013 to Congress.

The President says his budget would reduce the deficit by four trillions dollars over the next decade.

The budget is expected to call for more taxes on millionaires, tax breaks for job-creators, more money for infrastructure projects, and a defined plan for reducing the deficit.

Republicans will argue the tax hikes saying it will kill jobs and do little to reduce the national debt.

President Obama will unveil his budget during a speech in Annandale, VA.
