HUNTINGTON, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - About 20 people attended a prayer vigil held at Life Church in Huntington on Tuesday to pray for the recovery of the two local girls injured in a parasailing accident on Monday.

Family and friends prayed for the recovery of Alexis Fairchild and Sidney Good, both 17, who are hospitalized in critical condition following the accident.

Alexis and Sidney are also remembered for their friendships and warm personalities.

"They could seriously bring anybody up who was down," Kayla Jojola, a friend of both girls, says. "They always helped me when I was in a bad mood or anything. They were always there to make me feel better."

Kayla says she last saw Alexis and Sidney at a bonfire at the Goods' home a few weeks ago.

"I can't even describe it. You always hear about that stuff, and you don't think it will ever happen to you. And when it does you just can't believe it. It's so unreal."
