Police Win No Knock Court Fight

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Supreme Court ruled in favor of police officers entering homes without knocking.

Officers may enter homes without knocking under certain circumstances.

The court's decision came after Fort Wayne Police served a warrant and entered a home without knocking.
