Police Looking for Suspect: Armed Robbery At BP Gas Station (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – Fort Wayne Police are looking for a black male accused of robbing a BP gas station at gunpoint early Saturday morning.

The gas station was robbed by the armed thief on Saturday, June 22, 2013, at approximately 1:54 a.m. After the confrontation, the man walked in the southeast direction of the store in a casual manner.

No injuries were reported at the scene and investigators recovered store surveillance footage of the man during the robbery.

Anyone with information as to the identity or whereabouts of this individual is asked to call police at (260) 427-1201, or Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-STOP [7867] where a cash reward is possible for information received.

The incident remains under investigation with the City of Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office. There is nothing further at this time.
