JOHANNESBURG (www.incnow.tv) -- The Olympian, Oscar Pistorius, accused of the murder of his girlfriend, has been released on bail.
Desmond Nair, magistrate in the hearing in South Africa announced that "I've come to the conclusion that the accused has made a case to be released on bail."
After four days of testimony and posting a $113,000 bond, Pistorius is free to live at home. He is not allowed to leave the country. The trial date has not yet been set.
