FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -- It was a week ago Thursday, that the life of little Aliahna Lemmon came to a tragic end.

It was last Thursday that Michael Plumadore tells police he took a brick and hit the 9 year old repeatedly in the head killing her.

This past Friday is when her family reported her missing.

Saturday and Sunday search parties were sent out looking for the child near the Northway Mobile Home Park where Aliahna and Plumadore lived.

Monday morning, Plumadore was brought in for questioning, and admitted to killing the child, and dismembering her body.

Monday evening, Aliahna's head, feet, and hands were found in freezer bags in Plumadore's freezer with other parts of her body found in a dumpster at a nearby gas station.

Wednesday, the Allen County Coroner office says the cause of her death is pending upon further investigation, and further examination of microscopic findings as well as toxicology results.
