Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) --- One man has died from injuries he sustained in a head-on collision Saturday afternoon on U.S. 33.
Randall Fulk, 29, was flown to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead from blunt force trauma.
Police say Fulk's Mercedes was heading south on U.S 33 when it crossed over the center line, striking a Ford F350 pick-up truck that was heading north.
The head-on collision forced the truck to slide into a ditch while the Mercedes came to a rest in the middle of the road.
Fullk was flown to a local hospital in critical condition and died later in the evening. A passenger in the truck was taken to the hospital in good condition.
Fulk was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. The incident remains under investigation by the Allen County Police Department and the Allen County Coroner's Office.
