FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -- Occupy Fort Wayne can no longer occupy Headwaters Park at least not this Friday and Saturday.

After almost three weeks of occupation, Headwaters Park officials are telling them to collect their belongings and move along.

Not because they're breaking any laws but because the pavilion has been rented out and paid for this weekend.

The protestors say they'll just set up shop at Friemann Square in the mean time.

Occupy Protestor, Jeremy Hartman says, “The numbers are going to increase. The visibility over at Friemann is much greater and I like the symbolism, you know, like by the Mad Anthony's statue and all that. I think we'll be just fine.”

No comment from city officials tonight on this move.
